OVERVIEW
The property of Sunset Rock RV Park and Campground is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Sunset Rock RV Park and Campground is not responsible for damage, injury or loss by accident, fire, or theft to property of a person, camper or guest, by any cause. Each camper or guest is responsible for having their own insurance to cover any losses they may incur.
VISITORS
Sunset Rock RV Park and Campground welcomes guests! There is no charge for up to four guests or family members visiting a camper for the day. A day visit will begin at 9am and continue up till 10pm. Any visitors arriving before 9am or staying after 10pm will be considered an overnight guest, thus subject to a $5 fee per night and must register with front office Apon arrival. Guest may not set-up tents on a camper's site. if a overnight tent is required, tent sites may be available upon request in the tenting area at the charge of $50 per night. Please register with the front office. Your guest are your responsibility. You are required to inform your guest of all campground rules and regulations. You will be held liable for your guest and their actions. You need to accompany your guest at all times when at the campground.
VEHICLES
All sites will be allowed to park up to two primary vehicles. Speed limit in the park is 5mph and is strictly enforced. Guest when visiting check in at front office and may need to park in overflow parking aera. Only customers with a driver license may operate golf carts on the campgrounds. You will need to provide a copy of your license and proof of insurance before being allowed to use a golf cart in the campground. Management reserves the right to revoke this privilege if unsafe driving practices are demonstrated. Boats will be parked in overflow aera. No Boats are allowed to be parked in common aera.
Pets
Visitors are not allowed to bring pets to the campground. All campground pets must be registered with the office. Immunizations must be current, and proof must be provided to management upon registration. All pets must be kept on leash at all times, unless they are inside your unit. Pet owners may not leave pets unattended in their unit for an extended period of time. Pet excretions, anywhere in the campground are to be picked up and trashed in the dog waste cans thru out the park. owners with noisy pets will be asked to remove them from the campground.
TRASH REMOVAL
Trash canisters are provided by the dumping station for household waste from camping only. Violators may be asked to leave the campground permanently. All fish parts must be in a sealed bag before throwing in trash. Recycling is also offered and is a requirement now so please recycle!
GENERAL
Any adult or child that exhibits disorderly conduct may be asked to leave the campground permanently. Any adult or child who damages campground property will be asked to leave permanently. There will be no solicitation permitted, unless approved by management. Generators can only be used with management permission first. No Mechanical work of any kind is allowed on the campground. Please read all posted safety signs before using the swimming pool or playground. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult if using the pool. There is no inflatable tubes or chairs allowed in the pool. There is no glass bottles or glass allowed in pool aera.
COVID-19
Customers are expected to follow the CDC guidelines regarding COVID-19
LEGAL
Management shall have full authority to enforce all of the above listed rules and regulations, and shall be allowed to make additions, changes and temporary decisions, deemed necessary. Management reserves the right to revoke camping privileges of anyone violating these rules. Any person who commits an act of violence upon another guest or camper will be removed from the premises. Any legal fees associated with the collection of unpaid services, revoking camping privileges, removal of trespassers or former campers asked to leave the premises as a result of a violation of these rules, shall also be responsible for attorney's fees and cost associated with any legal action taken to enforce these rules. Refunds will be at the discretion of management.
